We hope you love everything you purchase from Essence & Oak, but if something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.

Refunds & Returns

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Finale sale products

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Items not returned in their original condition

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, please email us at hello@essenceandoak.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) of the item

We will respond within 48 business hours. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days (U.S.) or 45 business days (International), please contact us at hello@essenceandoak.com and we’ll investigate promptly.

 

Exchanges

At Essence & Oak, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and our fulfillment process, we do not offer item exchanges at this time.

Why We Don’t Accept Exchanges

To ensure fast processing and hygienic handling of all items, we cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size, color, or style chosen by the customer

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Final sale items

Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

We will gladly send a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
